Now our planning is that Delhi gets 24 hours of water. Working on this plan. The work of stopping the flood waters has been started. New lakes have been received from DDA.

Billing for five to seven years, pending production will be increased from 30 to 40 percent. Today, we have very high arrears of water bills. There are bill pending for people between 5 and 7 years old. They are being forgiven. Those who have current meters in their house will get the benefit. By September 30, whoever gets his meter installed. He will also get the benefit of this. Bills from E to H category will be completely waived. A and B will also get the benefit. Business meters will also be exempt.

Government will get the revenue of 600 crores. This scheme will benefit millions of consumers. At present, arrears of 2500 crore domestic meters and arrears of 1500 crore commercial meters are outstanding.

These people will get benefit by giving relief to pay the remaining water bill till now, the Delhi government has waived their bill. People of all categories will get the benefit of this. In this, the bill of people living in E, F, G and H category areas has been completely waived. At the same time, people of A and B categories have been asked to forgive 25 percent bill. At the same time, 50 percent of the people falling in the C category and D category people have been allowed to waive the 75 percent bill.

Under this, a letter will be sent to all consumers on behalf of Arvind Kejriwal. Explain that only the benefit of this scheme will be given to those who have a water meter installed at their home and if such people who have not installed the meter also want to take advantage of this scheme, then they should take advantage of this scheme by installing the meter by November 30.
