Reliance Jio GigaFiber: The annual general meeting of Reliance Jio i.e. AGM is going to be held on 12 August. In this meeting, the company can make big announcements about its products. This may include JioGigaFiber to JioPhone 3. Reliance Jio introduced the GigaFiber service at its previous AGM. Since then the company has been running the GigaFiber Preview Offer. Reliance Jio GigaFiber: Data Plans- It is estimated that the company will bring at least three data plans. The cheapest data plan will be Rs 500 per month. It will offer 100Mbps internet speed. Second, the Jio GigaFiber plan can come in the name of the ‘Triple Pay Plan’. It will be priced at around Rs 600. In this plan, consumers will also get DTH service, broadband internet, and landline service. The premium plan of Reliance Jio GigaFiber can be priced around Rs 1000 per month. Along with the three services mentioned above, support for IoT products can also be found in this data plan. Also, Jio can offer bundled landlines with all its GigaFiber plans.

Jio GigaFiber: Internet Speeds- At the time of launch, Jio said that its GigaFiber service will offer maximum speeds of up to 1Gbps. However, the company will also offer speed from the same ISB in different plans. Jio will compete with companies like Spectra and ACT Fibernet in this area. Both these companies also offer download speeds of 1Gbps in select areas.

Reliance Jio GigaFiber: How to register – Currently, Jio GigaFiber service is available in beta testing. Users can sign up for this. For this, go to GigaFiber.Jio.com/registration and fill all the necessary information that will be sought. Jio GigaFiber is available with a refundable security deposit of Rs 4500. In this, users get 100Mbps speed and 100GB data with 90 days validity. After the data limit is exhausted, users can top-up 40GB of data.
