Stability in the price of petrol,
According to information received from IOCL, there has been some change in the price of petrol in all the four metros of the country. This is the first day in August when the price of petrol has not changed. Talking about Tuesday, the price of petrol was cut by 9 paise per liter. After this, the prices here were 72.28, 74.97 and 77.93 per liter in New Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai respectively. At the same time, the price of petrol in Chennai was reduced by 10 paise per liter. After this, the price here was Rs 75.08 per liter.

Diesel price continues to stabilize,
On the other hand, the price of diesel has remained stable for the third consecutive day. That is, there is no change in the price of diesel. Whereas on Sunday, August 4, the price of diesel was seen to be cut. Diesel prices were reduced by 6 paise per liter in New Delhi and Mumbai. After this, the prices of diesel in both metros were 65.94 and 69.11 rupees per liter respectively. At the same time, 2 paise per liter was reduced in Kolkata and 7 paise in Chennai. After this, the price of diesel here was 68.17 and 69.64 per liter respectively.
